I've been a lurker on Twitter for about a year and I'm inspired by so many of you - it's time to participate more actively.
Intro: I'm a native Austinite and UT Austin grad (go horns!), and I accredit most of my business success to my mentors and to my psychology degree.
@ellebeecher The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida speaks to this too. The title makes it sound a bit off, but it’s good. Phenomenally true and misunderstood concept and very important!
@RoryTyer Or in the case of my college-aged son who rented a place with 6 frat brothers who invited a total of 33 for a party. He’s still paying it off. Not good.
@joshuamschultz Very well said and great writing too. It is fundamental in us. Shame can overtake and turn us into shallow, self-consumed shells of humans. You put out what you get back and vice versa. Be strong for others. It is the best way to be.
