Tweets about roller coasters. Tough to tell if I’m being serious sometimes. Always trying to convince Fun Spot to build a park in Raleigh. Pittsburgh native.
@JS330H@StrawmanArgs@1ssve I agree with that. I just don’t agree with the assumption that you’re going to have to argue with your boss to take time off. That may be the culture in some companies, but not all.
@StrawmanArgs@1ssve Depends on the company. Mine asks everyone in January to plan out 20+ days throughout the year. The specific days can be adjusted as you go throughout the year, but at least you’ve got em on the books right off the bat.
@Wolffman96 I feel like that was asked plenty at the time it was built, but hey, we were also just happy to have a new RMC in the world. Hopefully it finds a second life.
@TEXGAL27@OnlineHyde Fair point, in this instance, but just in general, their ecosystem tends to be more critical (including their commenters). I don’t think I’ve ever seen a critical word from local media. But, that’s just my perception, which was enough for you to block me 😂👋
Fun Spot Atlanta family, thank you for the memories, the screams, and the love you’ve given us through the years.
Come see us, make one more memory, and take one last ride!💙
@DonHelbig@BBGreatMoments The fact that those are the teams you used as examples, and that they haven’t won a single WS between them, should tell you something.
