And given how he reacted when he got moved from DET to SJS, I don't see him waiving it now.

@FDaniels86 Agree they prioritize down the middle and then play on ice to emphasize those strengths. Alignment from front office down. Also love they don't hand out NMC to anyone except the top tier. Even the NTC's are mostly partial and only given to older players on short deals.
