Last night, 2,977 lights rose above New York Harbor, one for each life lost on September 11, 2001, before forming the Twin Towers against the New York City skyline.

Two additional points:

1) We have continued to monitor the data and routinely update our analysis as new data is received from the state.

The latest totals are 8,566 non-citizen removals from voter rolls in VA that we know of. Of those, 1,756 had a voting history, resulting in 6,111 ballots cast.

2) As of May 2026, the VA dept of election has stopped reporting this data in the data feeds that we purchase at the direction of new VA AG Jay Jones.

I spent about an hour today working with AI coding tools to develop a generic app that generates a digital ID card for a generic organization.

The first page allows you to define the organization, name and logo.

The second application page allows you to define a specific name as part of the organization, with an optional photo of the individual.

The next page (page 3) is a landing page that shows an official looking page for the organization, with a link to download or view a digital id card for the individual.

The digital id card (page 4) can then be viewed and downloaded.

I can make up any organization, and any name I want and the app will generate the id.

Why did I do this?

Because a digital ID, and page 3 and page 4 above, is all that is being required by VA election officials as far as ID to vote. Show them the landing page (page 3), and the downloadable ID image (page 4), and that is all that is required.

It took me an hour. And I can completely fake any organization and any members digital ID, and there is no reason the election officers would be able to tell the validity. (I will not publish this app for replication, but it is easy enough to reproduce with your favorite coding tools)

This is absurd.

But this is the guidance being given to election officials for “digital IDs”.

According to VA ELECT They need to be able to see the landing page, and the ID image with the name of the registered voter. They don’t require a photo, and they don’t even require the full name and birthdate.
