@swift_care8 Thanks for your help. The assigned no. 07564499471, the bill for ยฃ4.64 was against account 12007001777. I was assured this had account had been cancelled- as it wasn't I have now deleted the direct debit
@swift_care8 Hi, thanks for the response, recently I received an O2 sim only card from Virgin that I did not want. I contacted yourselves via Virgin and cancelled it, the guy said not to bother returning the sim and assured me that the direct debit had been cancelled -sadly it hasn't
