Currently re-building my old acid machine site using Vue 3 for the UI. Old version was jQuery and handlebars templates. The build scripts for the old version have been broken for a long time. This new version will finally allow me to start making updates.
I made a chiptunes tracker.
This was my holiday project. Partially based on the #pico8 tracker.
One of my goals was the visual patch editor demoed in the video, which I hope is easier to learn than the obtuse knob twiddling of most programs/synths.
@jsantell HP VR1000 windows mixed reality headsets are good. They don't make them anymore but you can sometimes find brand new ones on ebay for around the same price as a quest.
The build process for the Acid Machine app has been broken for years, I've just started converting it all over to Webpack so i can make some updates, and check out the file size warning it just gave me:...
This actually looks quite similair to my previous screenshots, but since then I have started a new project, split off all of the UI elements into a separate project and this converted this one to use it as a plugin.
Screenshot from my new web app: Metronic Studio...
Built with Javascript, Vue and my custom UI framework.
This has been an evening and weekend project for a long time! I'm hoping to get a demo version out in the next couple of months.

@thisisGiorgio Thanks. Yeah, very much inspired by FL. I want to add some kind of live session view type window like Ableton too. I've kept the pattern change per instrument rather than global like FL.
