@ChelseaCirruzzo@maartoos Can’t DM but our pediatrician office in Princeton does not carry Boosters and has no timeline for offering them in the near future. There are no vax options for under 3’s in a 50 mile radius!
As always, @yannotyam @MamaWeasleyy providing amazing resources to all under 5 parents out there. I was able to schedule a booster shot for my little one in just 5 min. Thank you all so much!
@MamaWeasleyy Zuckerberg SF General was amazing. They take walk-ins, are very well organized, friendly, and they even gave us a goodie bag with rapid tests! 10/10
@MamaWeasleyy SF General has walk-ins with Pfizer and Moderna available! Their reporting system was down yesterday but they’re vaccinating today. Grateful our 14 mo got her first Moderna dose today 😭
@MamaWeasleyy I just called a pharmacy on the list (40 mi away) and they said they don’t vaccinate children under 5, but “only 3 and up” 🤷🏻♂️ This is horribly planned and handled.
Both vaccines for u5’s have been approved with unanimous votes (21-0)! Next up: this weekend’s CDC meeting for recommendation, then shots in arms (hopefully!).
BREAKING: Moderna asked U.S. regulators to authorize low doses of its COVID-19 vaccine for children younger than 6.
The long-awaited move may make shots available for millions of kids by summer. https://t.co/nlhbnXZvaa
This is the first time SocArxiv withdraws a paper. This is an appalling study that distributed medications without informed consent, outside a clinical trial, to people infected with COVID-19. Just awful.
“the authors, through their agency dispensing the medication, unethically recruited experimental subjects, apparently without informed consent, …they did not declare a conflict of interest, although they are employees of agencies that carried out the policy.”
“We are withdrawing the paper, and replacing it with a “tombstone” that includes the paper’s metadata. We are doing this to prevent the paper from causing additional harm”
