@HPIndia @HPIndia_CS_Head I have this case ID # 5070506007. I logged this case on August 10th for a crack in display panel. I agreed for a paid replacement. It has been a month with at least 15 calls to HP Customer service. Till date I have not received any update. Pathetic!
