@TMobileHelp I have had nothing but problems since purchasing a new phone the day after Thanksgiving! The bill has been wrong every month. I have called multiple times, filed an incident report and it still isn't corrected. Horrible way to treat a lifelong customer.

@ELALUSA My son flew direct from JFK to Tel Aviv yesterday. His bag and 16 more did not make it. He put claim in when he landed. I cannot get a hold of a live person to talk to at El Al at JFK to locate bag and find out if it left on next flight. Please help! Very disappointed!

@DollarCars I will not go back there again until I have to return the car as they were so rude and I do not want my trip further inconvenienced. How do I speak to someone? The car stinks and am concerned about damage that they did not record. They rushed us out fast. Unprofessional!

@DollarCars Terrible experience renting car today in West Palm Beach. Car reeks of cigarettes. Attendant in lot very rude rushing us out before we could properly mark damages on car. Telling us to hurry up and just go because there was a line. Horrible customer service!
