After 16 years in hospitality, I decided to leave it all behind and build things of my own.

Now I do audits for companies, build apps, experiment with SaaS ideas, and try to figure out how to make a living from all of this.

Today: €249 MRR (~€3K ARR)

Nothing crazy, but it's a start!

So far, most of my clients have come from walking into businesses, having conversations, and showing them what I can do.

Quick update after yesterday's intro. Thank you, I didn't expect that many replies.

A few of you asked how a solo founder runs a SaaS. Here's the real cost:

Claude: €200/month.
Codex: €20/month.
Vercel: ~€20/month.

MRR is €248. So I'm profitable by about €8.

Still the cheapest freedom I've ever paid for.
