۱. از جا��گاه عالیترین مقام جمهوری اسلامی دستور (بخوانید حکم حکومتی) اقدام برای انتقام (قتل) از مقامات آمریکایی صادر شد؛

۲. در جایگاه مقام ولایت مطلقه فقیه (که همزمان آیت‌الله قلمداد می‌شود) فتوای جهانی برای ترور مقامات آمریکایی صادر شد؛

۳. تشویق و تهییج سمپات‌ها و سلول‌های خاموش تروریستی رژیم جمهوری اسلامی در غرب علیه رئیس جمهور آمریکا بعنوان اقدامی تروریستی که خود مهر هزاران باره بر تروریستی بودن این رژیم و تاییدی بر ورود رادیکال‌های اسلامگرا به خاک آمریکا، کانادا و اروپا در پوشش سرمایه‌دار، استاد دانشگاه و دانشجو و پناهجویان است؛

۴. این بیانیه به وضوح خط بطانی بر تمام امیدهای واهی غربی‌ها و جریان ماگا با محوریت جی‌دی‌ونس به تغییر رفتار و پوست‌اندازی رژیم اسلامی است که امروز حتی برا کودکان هم این بلاهت پوشیده نیست.

The statement attributed to Mojtaba Khamenei contains four particularly notable points:

From the position of the highest authority in the Islamic Republic, it issues what amounts to a direct order (effectively a state decree) calling for retaliation—namely, the killing of American officials.
In his capacity as the holder of the doctrine of Velayat-e Motlaqeh-ye Faqih (Absolute Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist), and as someone regarded as an Ayatollah, it effectively issues a religious decree (fatwa) calling for the assassination of American officials worldwide.
It encourages and incites supporters and dormant terrorist cells linked to the Islamic Republic in Western countries to target the President of the United States. Such a call, if authentic, further reinforces the characterization of the regime as one that promotes terrorism, while also highlighting concerns about Islamist extremists who have entered the United States, Canada, and Europe under the cover of investors, academics, students, or asylum seekers.
The statement effectively shatters any remaining hopes among some in the West—including elements within the MAGA movement, particularly those associated with J.D. Vance—that the Islamic Republic is capable of moderating its behavior or fundamentally reforming itself. By now, many would argue that such expectations are no longer credible.
