-This is one of the most INSANE city council meetings we've ever watched.

-Chief William Bonney explains at length the federal funds Susan Collins(R) secured for them is critical as their communication equipment is not working - he cites countless examples of officers being in dangerous situations.

-Councilors admit that the new ordinance is likely to classify them as "Sanctuary City" which per executive order strips them from federal funds.

-Multiple councilors look the chief in the eyes and say they do not care - that protecting illegal immigrants is more important.

*We know why they are protecting foreigners - a disgruntled Democrat in the city leaked the Waterville voter role data.
