@MVGutierrezMD@DGlaucomflecken@UHC Today, they denied a medication as “experimental” for my pediatric patient. It’s the only FDA approved medication for this indication AND it’s a continuation of therapy, not a new drug for the pt. Make it make sense

@GoodishIntent MAS due to Still’s is definitely high on the ddx, esp if ESR is inappropriately low. Can send sIL2R and IL-18 to help further clarify. MAS can also be due to infection. Anakinra trial may be helpful

@jaymehtamd Our group tends to still do etanercept OR if adalimumab, with methotrexate for this reason. How many are you seeing with anti-adalimumab antibodies?
