Here’s why.
I booked and prepaid a rental car through https://t.co/zVhsI8dERi. Confirmed reservation. Voucher in hand. Traveling with two young kids.
It turned into a nightmare.

@bookingcom I did contact [email protected] and this is their response to my claim. I don't have any other way to solve my problem than to post on social media.
I’m posting this so others know what they’re signing up for.
If you care about accountability when things go wrong, don’t assume https://t.co/zVhsI8dERi has your back.
They don’t.
This wasn’t a small inconvenience.
This was hours lost, kids exhausted, and over $1,000 burned because a booking wasn’t honored.
And https://t.co/zVhsI8dERi chose to side with the supplier, not the customer.
