In case anyone has not seen this news from the 9th Circuit Court:
At the moment, XtendiMax, Eugenia, and Tavium are not labeled herbicides.

Folks are working on a response, and I'm sure there will be more news to come.

Fumigant is an excellent tool to control various pests in the soil. We've been conducting a study for 3 years to evaluate how application methods influence MITC concentration, distribution, and persistence in sandy soil. I can't wait to share the results! @ML_Turf @TravisWGannon
