@ISellFBA Authenticity complaints and the appeal process is the most broken system on Amazon seller central. The fact that a customer can shut down businesses because they are now authenticity experts is wild.
@itsScottNeedham Can you elaborate, didn't Amazon remove all 3p sellers, where is 3p selling millions? My question has been what was Amazons grand total revenue when 3p was aloud versus what will their grand total revenue be without 3p sellers and what is the profit margin differences for them?
@thetoyinvestor Prime example, ordered six figures of top Adidas shoes, 1 week before arrival Amazon sent out there site wide seller Adidas ban. What’s the plan when they do that with LEGO? Hopefully the answer is not I’ll do it on channel X” instead.
@thetoyinvestor I’m at the same point as you, except I work with some big brands and do OA. With the brands we’re all brand registered so there’s less risk, but at the end of the day you don’t control anything when it comes down to shutting it all down Amazon does, don’t get comfortable.
@anandnagu@DeanTTraining Try the same motion, but connect with your pinky fingers at the top instead of your index fingers, total upper chest blast activation. 🫡
@1000asins Hey Dan, what’s the physical store about? What type of products or services are you planning on offering, how much sq footage are you working with, will you shoot some YouTube vids about it?
@BlackLabelAdvsr The bigger challenge isn’t the takedown, it’s creating a product that’s desirable enough to sell 7 figures a year and qualifies for a design patent. If it were “simple,” everyone (including you) would have a portfolio of them. That’s the real mountain, kudos on accomplishing it.
@BlackLabelAdvsr If only design patents were a silver bullet, plenty of sellers learn the hard way that overseas factories can clone, rebrand, and relist faster than Amazon enforces. The real moat isn’t paperwork… it’s building something they can’t copy. What’s yours?
@ISellFBA@freewayflippers You must not ship FBM much, A-Z claims are pretty much 100% in favor of customers if they say they didn't receive an item and you are shipping FBM even with tracking & proof of delivery photo. The only thing that sways this is a signature upon delivery, but no one uses signature
@ArbitrageOps A lot of the time it doesn't become a realization that they're losing money until they see it in their bank account and can't purchase. This is that process getting them to that point. A sucker is born every minute, a fool and his money are soon parted.
