"Climate leadership must shift. It’s not about counting the number of women in the room. It’s about taking into account what women say. Give women leadership on climate change and you can see the difference." @hindououmar#RacetoResilience

An excellent conversation with @curranjc + @kitengland on the transformational Clyde Re:Built #DeepDemonstration project 💫 Communicating climate #adaptation work is tough, but we’re getting there 💥 @ClimateKIC@ClimaReadyClyde
BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, says that it will now make climate change central to its investment considerations.

Loved hearing @FranziskaGaupp talking about inconsistencies and conflicts as portals to #warmdata 💫💫💫Key take away: there’s so much to learn from interrelationships, we need to create space to explore this 👀 #transcontextual
If this doesn't send shivers downy your spine you're not awake: "urban spaces which divide& exclude society’s poorer citizens are expanding, even replacing public provision of facilities & services – such as parks & playgrounds– in cities around the world"

Headline misses a key point: many cities will see climates we've not felt before
"London to have climate similar to Barcelona" - we can probably adapt
"Singapore to have climate not seen in any city in the world so far" - adaptation much less certain
