@maddyburdelik 100% true. Since living alone, my diet is basically eggs + milk for breakfast, whatever I meal-prepped for lunch, and something small for dinner, like peanut butter + a protein shake.

Once you start eating real food, it's amazing how your body only wants 2 meals instead of 3
