Those who argue that Tirupathi, Sabarimala, Kashi temples too have such restrictions, forget the fact these temples not daily go temples. Devotees visit once in a while, so it doesn't affect much. Their schedule is already worked out

But these temples in TN are daily go temples for many hundred people living in the town. As you have rightly said, before beginning their day, many people visit these temples daily. Senior citizens in the town go regularly.

Making devotees stand for depositing the phone, then again for darshan, again queue for collecting the phone is too time consuming and laborious. These hardships only will make people avoid daily visits.

And HR&CE collecting Rs. 5 with an excuse that, it is to maintain this facility, as if the department has no money.

Reels should be banned, no second opinion. But why ban in Veli pragaaram? There are so many sirpams and kalvettu that are 1000 - 2000 years old. Devotees have right take photo of these. If the significance of these kalvettu are not known to outside world, then how will people get to know?

Many misappropriation, scams, misgovernance in temples were exposed only after devotees produced recorded evidence.

Bad decision by the State Govt and it should be revoked immediately.

I’ll tell you with an example what is going to happen now that the TN government has enforced the rule requiring devotees to store their cellphones before entering the temple.

My wife used to go to the Meenakshi Temple in Madurai with her grandmother when she was young. Her grandparents’ house was on the same street, and she said she would simply hold her grandma’s hands and walk into the temple freely.

When we went to the Meenakshi Temple in 2020, the cellphone storage rule was already in place. We found the restrictions stifling. I decided then that I would skip the temple even if I am in Madurai.

Many devotees have these ancient temples as part of their daily routine. They simply walk in for a quick prayer before going about their day. They will find these restrictions stifling as well, and many will eventually start skipping their temple visits.

This is going to have much wider ramifications than the people seems to realize.

Tirupparankundram (and even the Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple) is a place where many people living nearby come in the morning, have darshan, and proceed directly to work. Naturally, they carry their mobile phones with them.

This new arrangement will make such a simple and long standing practice extremely difficult. Devotees will now have to stand in one queue to deposit their phones, then stand in another queue for darshan, and once again wait to collect their phones before leaving for work.

This is an absolutely pathetic decision. If a few people are taking reels or misusing mobile phones inside the temple, the solution is to prevent such behaviour through suitable security measures and strict enforcement and not to impose a blanket ban that inconveniences every genuine devotee.

Temple administration should facilitate darshan, not make it unnecessarily cumbersome. Hope better sense prevails and the TN government withdraws this order.

70s, 80s Kidsகளுக்கு மட்டுமே தெரியும் , “ரஜினிகாந்த்” என்கிற வார்த்தைக்கு ஈடாக உலக சினிமாவில் பெயரே இல்லை என்பது.

யார் வேண்டுமானாலும் சூப்பர்ஸ்டார், தலைவர் என தங்களை கூறிக்கொள்லலாம். ஆனால் ரஜினிகாந்த் என்கிற வார்த்தை இல்லையென்றால், இரண்டு அடைமொழியும் டம்மி.

எனக்கு மிகப்பிடித்த ரஜினி, 80களின் ரஜினிதான். ஆனால் உலகத்திலேயே புரியாத விசயம் என்னவென்றால், எப்படி 80ல் என்னை ரஜினிகாந்த் ஆக்கிரமித்திருந்தாரோ, அதே போல் எப்படி இன்றும் ஆக்கிரமித்திருக்கிறார் என்பது ?

ரஜினி விசயத்தில் மட்டுமே நான் இன்னும் 10 வயது சிறுவனாகவே இருக்கிறேன். நான் என் சிறுவன் வாழ்க்கையை, இளைஞன் வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்வது ரஜினிகாந்த் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விசயங்களில் மட்டும்தான். எதை பற்றியும் கவலைபடாமல் நான் என்னை வெளிக்காட்டிக்கொள்வது ரஜினிகாந்த் விசயத்தில் மட்டும்தான், என் வயது, தொழில், சமூக, பொருளாதார சூழல் என அனைத்தும் அடிபட்டு போய், 80களின் குதூகலமான ரசிகனாக வாழ்கிறேன். எவ்வளவு பேரால், சிறு வயதில் செய்ததை இன்றும் செய்து , அதை உலகத்துக்கு காட்டி மகிழ முடியும் ? பெருமை படமுடியும் ? ரஜினி ரசிகனை தவிர வேற எவனாலும் இது முடியாது .

ரஜினி மட்டுமே , Global CEOக்கள், தொழிலதிபர்கள், உலக தலைவர்கள், அரசியல் தலைவர்கள், பெண்கள், கிரிக்கெட் வீரர்கள், இந்திய உச்ச நட்சத்திரங்கள், என அனைவரையும் “நான் ரஜினி ரசிகன்” என சொல்வதை அவர்களுக்கு பெருமையாக இருக்கிற மாதிரி வைத்திருக்கிறார்.

50 வருடமாக உச்சத்தில்…

உலகத்தில் எந்த துறையிலும் இப்படி ஒருவர் , பிறக்கவுமில்லை, வாழவுமில்லை. தலைமுறைகள் தாண்டி நேசிக்கப்படும் ஒரே மனிதன்.

ரஜினிகாந்த் கடவுளால் நேரடியாக பூமிக்கு அனுப்பிவைக்கப்பட்ட மனிதன். மிகச் சிறந்த மனிதன்.

அந்த மாபெரும் மனிதனை தொட்டு, கட்டியணைத்து அந்த சக்தியை , 4 முறை உணர்ந்திருக்கிறேன் . எந்த மனிதனிடமும் இல்லாத ஒரு Aura அது. அவரை சந்தித்தவர்கள் மட்டுமே உணரக்கூடிய உணர்வு அது. சுற்று சூழ்நிலைகள் மறந்துவிடும், ஒரு 600 MM F2.8 Lens Cameraவில் Shoot செய்வதை போல, ரஜினியை தவிர மீதி எல்லாமே நம் கண்களுக்கு “ Blur” ஆகும். கண்கள் இமைக்க மறுக்கும். கால்களுக்கு ஒரே திசைதான் தெரியும். கைகள் அனக்கொண்டா போல , அவரை தழுவ காத்திருக்கும், பசி மறையும், தாகம் தெரியாது. வாழ்கையே திடீரென நல்லதாகிப்போன மாதிரி ஒரு உணர்வு வரும். பார்த்து வந்த பின்னரும் மனதில் நேர்மறையான எண்ணங்களும், செயலுமே ஆக்கிரமித்திருக்கும்.

அடுத்த நாள் ஒரு உணர்வு வரும். ஏதோ , ஒருநாள் மட்டும் நாம் வேறு உலகத்து போய் வந்திருக்கிறோம் என்பதை மாதிரி உணர்வு. அந்த உலகத்தில் “ ரஜினிகாந்த் “ மட்டுமே இருந்தார்.

இனிய பிறந்தநாள் வாழ்த்துக்கள் தலைவா 💐💐💐 . நீ கடவுளின் படைப்பு. உனக்கு கெடுதல் நினைத்த எவரும் நன்றாக வாழ்ந்ததாக சரித்திரம் இல்லை.

மனிதன் சாதனை படைக்கலாம். ஆனால் சாதனை மனிதனை படைத்தது ஒரே முறைதான்.
அதுதான் “ ரஜினிகாந்த் “
