Continuing the thread — A good idea when working in Cursor is to add DEBUG from the very first line to absolutely everything that gets read or not read at all.
Looks like GPT5 in Cursor only leads to spectacular “fatal beauties” — nothing works, and it overthinks for you. That’s not great, because it was trained on what we created — but when you build something truly new, it always tries to drag you back to old, average thinking. Sadly!
