This Father’s Day, remember Jacob Flickinger, an American father killed by an IDF strike while cooking meals for starving families in Gaza.
He never made it home to his son. Justice for Jacob.
🇱🇧: Mona Khalil spent decades working to protect nesting sites of endangered loggerhead and green sea turtles on Lebanon’s southern coast.
Israel bombed her home in early June. She died from her injuries on June 19.
Today, I visited a mall in Gaza and, for the first time in a long time, I was happy to see #Glutenfree food products on the shelves.
But that happiness quickly turned into sadness.
A small bag of gluten-free chips costs around $12. Other basic gluten-free products start at $10 or more. For many families in #Gaza, these prices are simply impossible.
People with #celiac disease and gluten intolerance don’t choose these foods as a luxury — they need them to stay healthy.
While these products are finally available, they remain out of reach for those who need them most.
Your donation can help provide essential gluten-free food to vulnerable people in Gaza and give them access to safe nutrition.
Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a real difference.

Please support Zuhour, a widow who has to provide food, shelter, and other necessities to her 14 children.
Zuhour is very needy even by the standards of Gaza, so I'm really counting on you guys to donate to her. Fully verified by me and my team.

This loaf of bread may look simple, but for me it represents a long journey of trial, error, time, effort, and expense. 🌾💛
Because I need gluten-free bread, I spent countless hours learning, experimenting, and going through many ingredients before finally achieving this result. What you see here is the product of persistence and hard work.
If you would like to support me in continuing to make safe and healthy food, every contribution—no matter how small—makes a meaningful difference. Thank you to everyone who supports me and shares my journey. 🙏

There are wars that end when the guns fall silent, the fires die down, and the soldiers leave the battlefields.
But there are other wars that never end.
Wars that dwell in memory, live in the details of days, and awaken every night with their owners, no matter how much time passes.
Wars that are not measured by the number of missiles or the extent of destruction, but by the number of hearts that were broken, dreams that were buried under the rubble, and souls that were changed forever.
A mother's tale... and the heart of a city... and a struggle for survival..
Our lives have been spent in a sick environment, where we exhaust our nerves trying to fix what we didn't break, and justifying the unjustifiable.
We grew up learning how to survive, not how to live.
Until we discovered that the heaviest losses are not the years we lost, but what we lost of ourselves trying to adapt to what doesn't resemble us..
And war is about to break out again... and things are getting more complicated day by day..
That's why, my friends, I'm telling you about the necessity of stockpiling cat food. If war breaks out again, there won't be any cat food in the markets; human food will barely be allowed in...
So far, we've achieved only 5% of the campaign goal, and that's not good at all... If war breaks out, I'll be in serious trouble, my friends...
There are 17 cats in the shelter who survived the genocide in Gaza with me...
Please, friends, support me in stocking food for them via the campaign link.

Or you can support me directly via PayPal to help with their food and veterinary care during this time.

Please keep us in your prayers.

"There is something absurd about being told that footage of your destroyed neighborhood violates community standards, while the destruction itself continues uninterrupted. Something darkly funny about an app warning you that your post about a massacre is “too violent,” as if the violence begins with the image and not the act. The platform is offended—not by death, but by its documentation." -Taqwa Ahmed Alwawi
🚨NOW: Rep. Thomas Massie just stood on the House floor and named what every politician in DC has spent 58 years pretending did not happen
The USS Liberty. June 8, 1967.
34 dead American sailors. 174 wounded. Over 70% casualty rate on a virtually unarmed US ship.
25 minutes of Israeli jets, Israeli rockets, Israeli 30mm cannon fire, and ISRAELI NAPALM ON THE BRIDGE. Then Israeli torpedoes. Then Israel machine-gunned the lifeboats.
MASSIE: "They were intent on leaving no survivor."
Then the part nobody wants you to think about: the Saratoga and the America launched planes to help. The planes were RECALLED. The crew sat there bleeding for 17 hours.
Dean Rusk. Richard Helms. Admiral Moaner. The chief counsel of the Court of Inquiry himself. None of them believed the "mistaken identity" story.
And now you understand exactly why the entire DC machine and Israel lobby has spent the last year trying to primary this man out of existence.
You are not allowed to say the quiet part. He said it anyway.
Honor the crew. https://t.co/XuDLeFF4gJ.
My dear friends...
you all saw on the news, war was about to break out between Iran and Israel... Unfortunately, we are being punished for this, even though we are completely innocent... As you can see in the screenshot below, all the crossings were closed yesterday, preventing aid from entering...
Prices have increased by 50% in one day simply because the crossings were closed...
Thank goodness the heavens didn't last long, and a ceasefire was quickly declared, and the crossings were announced to be open today... but on the ground they haven't been opened yet...
I know for certain that the war will return, and that's why I'm determined to stockpile food for the cats. The food I stored during the war is what helped me get through it. I risked my life to feed the cats. If I hadn't stored food for them, I wouldn't have taken that risk...
I tweeted several times about my intention to stockpile cat food for at least 6 months... and what I achieved was only 4% of my campaign goal...
If things had developed yesterday, I would be in a big predicament now..
Please don't forget to support me in stocking cat food here.

Or support me directly to feed them during this period and obtain medical care for them

In the midst of this war, I discovered who the real people in my life are.
When silence surrounded me, someone would ask, "How are you? Do you need anything?" I'm with you, don't be afraid.
Those simple words meant so much to me. All of this makes me feel like I'm not alone.
I believe the war will end, and some people will inevitably die with it, but I will cherish the people who stood by me in the darkest times. Everything will change, but the memories will remain.
Thank you in any case, whether you are a lesson or a school

A 17-year-old valedictorian, Leen Hijaz, used her graduation speech to speak for the voiceless: "Millions suffering in Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Afghanistan. Families torn apart by ICE."
The school administrator cut her mic. Told her: "If you don't stop, you're not graduating." They withheld her diploma for four days.
I'm sorry, I didn't realize Israel had now escalated to the "quadruple tap" where they just keep killing and killing as people try desperately to help the wounded

#glutenfree
Today, I made a #Glutenfree burger with my own hands because a wheat allergy turns even the simplest meals into a daily challenge. Despite the difficulties, I try to keep making the food I love and sharing my journey with others.
Your support not only helps me meet my special dietary needs, but also gives me hope to keep going and stay creative despite the challenges. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a real difference.
Thank you to everyone who stands by my side and shares my story.
Please donate and share 🙏🏻❤️

I would greatly appreciate your support and donations to help me continue sharing my journey and gluten-free food ideas. ❤️🙏
In Gaza, water is never just water. It’s important decisions of survival day in and day out…
Support now: https://t.co/6l9JFjWInX
Do you use it for drinking in the relentless heat? For cooking a meal? For bathing? For washing clothes? For cleaning your shelter? For wudu before prayer?
When there is not enough, every drop becomes a choice. Every choice becomes a sacrifice.
In Al-Rimal, this elderly woman lives with that reality every day. Alone and vulnerable, she speaks about the struggle of finding safe drinking water and the impossible decisions that come with scarcity. No one should have to choose between their health, their dignity, and their faith.
Water is life, but in Gaza it has become one of the hardest things to secure. The Sameer Project continues to deliver water to families across Gaza, including those who are elderly, displaced, disabled, or living alone. Your support helps increase access to clean water for people who have nowhere else to turn.
