Documentation in Alternative Justice System plays a significant role in promoting access to justice by providing evidence for discussion among conflicting parties and ensures transparency and accountability prevails in the justice system
Yesterday I attended proceedings in the African Court on Human and People's Rights in Arusha, where the case filed by the Ogiek People of Kenya against the Government of Kenya was being heard.
I stood in solidarity with them not as a gesture but as a matter of principle. Justice knows no borders. When a state abandons its most vulnerable, it becomes our moral duty to speak.
A government that tramples its minorities betrays the very soul of its Constitution. We continue to ensure injustice never goes unanswered.
