Paxlovid nehme ich seit gestern Abend.
Spricht irgendetwas dagegen gleichzeitig Nikotinpflaster zu kleben? So vieles darf man ja nicht kombinieren mit Paxlovid.

@Lenkuh That sounds like you need a higher dose than 7 mg.
I think it says in the protocol that if you were sick for a long time you might need longer durations of the NP or higher doses.
I was mod-severe ME for 1.5yr but had PEM for 15yrs. I will do 2 rounds 14mg/7mg, will update soon

I finished my 1st round of nicotine patch of 10 days with 14 mg during the day & 7 mg at night (14mg at night caused intolerable nightmares).
I went from max 4000 steps to 6000 steps per day (once even 8000), with only very little to no PEM! 😃

@RSandra266 Momentan sind sie noch gleich, während der Pflaster hatte ich auch keine Verschlechterung der HIT Symptome. Nach knapp einer Woche dafür deutlich mehr Energie und fast keine PEM mehr!

@RSandra266 Wenn Übelkeit auftritt kannst du Reisetabletten mit Diphenhydramin nehmen, das hat bei meinem Sohn gut geholfen

But I already feel much more energetic and normal!

@Cryptozoologis7 I carefully titrated up, increased the dose every third day. I am still not sure if 14 mg are the right dose for me, will evaluate after 2nd round. At the moment I am doing 3 days with half dose.
Yeah, even with 3,5 mg I still have crazy dreams!

@DrChronically Mir geht es dank Paxlovid, Mirtazapin, brain training und Nikotinpflaster wieder viel besser!
Von Bell 25 wieder auf Bell35+ vlt sogar mehr, bin noch am ausprobieren. Von max 2000 Schritten wieder auf 6000!
Positive Erfahrungen & Hoffnung sind super wichtig!

@TheNicotineTest Wenn man 1/2 Pflaster benutzt, sollte man dann nach 24 Std das Pflaster entsorgen oder kann man dann für den nächsten Tag die Trägerfolie einfach auf die andere Seite tun und das Pflaster weiter benutzen?
