The 2021 LONDA Report, released by the Padagim Institute, not only highlighted significant gaps in the digital sector but also pointed out laws such as the Cybercrime Act, which addresses issues like cyberbullying, yet fails to fully address the gender-based challenges faced by women.

There remain substantial gaps in these online laws, especially in tackling gender-based violence online, stalking, harassment, and the unauthorized use of images/videos. It is crucial to improve our policies and laws to provide specific protection for women against such acts and to establish effective strategies to prevent and address online gender-based violence.
