I'm a cardiologist. If I could only recommend two supplements for the rest of my career, it would be these:
Magnesium glycinate.
Vitamin D3 with K2.
I take both every day. I prescribe both constantly. And the number of patients whose lives visibly change within weeks of starting them still surprises me after twenty years.
Up to 75% of Americans are low in magnesium. Most have no idea. If you're stressed, sleeping poorly, cramping at night, your blood pressure runs high, or you feel wired but exhausted — this is probably why.
Magnesium calms the nervous system, relaxes blood vessels, supports healthy heart rhythms, and improves sleep quality. The glycinate form is highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach. 300-400mg before bed. It's the supplement patients thank me for most — because they finally wake up feeling calm instead of wrecked.
Most Americans are also deficient in vitamin D. Low D3 quietly ruins your mood, weakens your immunity, increases inflammation, and raises cardiovascular risk. I see suboptimal levels constantly in my heart patients. Target blood levels of 50-80 ng/mL — not the bare minimum of 30 most doctors accept.
Here's what almost nobody knows: low D3 actively depletes magnesium. Your body uses magnesium to convert D3 into its active form. If you supplement D3 without magnesium, you can actually worsen a magnesium deficiency — and wonder why you still feel terrible.
You need both. They work as a system.
And always take D3 with K2. Without K2, calcium from D3 can deposit in your arteries instead of your bones. Together, they keep bones dense and arteries clean.
D3 with K2 in the morning with a meal containing fat — they're fat-soluble.
Magnesium glycinate at night before bed.
Cheap. Available everywhere. Backed by extensive evidence. And the combination addresses two of the most common deficiencies driving the fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, muscle cramps, and low mood that millions of people are medicating with far more expensive and dangerous interventions.
Your future self will thank you. Probably within two weeks.
Last night, I got a call from President Trump. During the call, I asked about how the Pentagon had reclassified my faith. He said he would look into it. This morning, he told me it had been fixed. Thank you, President Trump.
We can disagree on whether "Mormons are Christian." That's not what disturbed me about this. I don't want the GOVERNMENT classifying religions. That creates a dangerous tool that shouldn't be in the hands of ANY government.
I don't believe that was Hegseth's goal. But what happens if the power shifts and the "Jesus was nonbinary" camp takes over? Will they recategorize conservative Christians? The Biden administration already tried to link Catholicism to domestic terror.
If that possibility troubles you, then you understand my problem with this whole thing. I don't want the government to declare me a Christian. I want them to stay out of it.
🔻THEY REMOVED HIM IN 5 DAYS.
Thomas Massie — the ONLY Republican who co-authored the Epstein Files Transparency Act — just lost his primary. Trump endorsed his opponent. Defense Secretary campaigned against him.
His crime? He wanted to release the CLIENT LIST.
In his concession speech Tuesday night, he looked into the camera and said:
"In my remaining months in Congress, I will fight to expose the Epstein clients."
A Congressman just told America: I know who's on the list. And I'm naming them.
Within 72 hours of that speech:
→ Tulsi — who had access to ALL intelligence files — forced to resign.
→ Pentagon released 64 classified UFO files.
→ A "mentally ill" gunman opened fire at the White House.
You're watching a CONTROLLED DEMOLITION of disclosure.
They let the UFOs out. That's the DISTRACTION. "Look at the sky." Meanwhile the Epstein list stays buried. The names stay hidden. The powerful stay protected.
Massie didn't lose an election. He was EXECUTED politically. Because he crossed the ONE line in Washington:
He threatened to name the people who rape children.
Tulsi saw the files. Removed.
Massie pushed the bill. Removed.
The gunman? A psychiatric patient. Sent.
Every person who gets close to the LIST gets eliminated.
If there's nothing to hide — why does everyone who tries to look GET DESTROYED?
The names exist. Flight logs verified. Victims testified under oath. Still — no arrests.
♟ They'll declassify aliens before they declassify Epstein.

Early Christians had a complete Bible by the 4th century — but that’s not the only thing they were reading to deepen their faith.
If you want a true connection to ancient Christianity, you need to read these 8 books:
Video from Thursday, 9th April 2026. Ireland's political Quislings are bringing in the army to clear out Irish men and women protesting the racial destruction of their country. Western European civil war ticks ever closer - Patriots V Traitor Class.
The Whore Media won't report this, but Ireland is rising up. Their anger is directed at the ruling class which has made it quite plain the ambition is to replace the Irish as the native population. Ireland is now the canary in the genocide coal mine.
President Trump’s TruthSocial post tonight makes it appear that he only agreed to a ceasefire w Iran to reload our ammo in the planes and ships. That only reinforces the reputation he has already earned of deceiving negotiating partners into believing he’s engaging in good faith diplomacy, while in reality preparing for the next attack.
Iran no doubt expected more deception from us, and has prepared accordingly. But the President will not materially gain from this extra time or ammo reload, bc our problem isn’t adequate quantities of offense and defense missiles.
The problem is we embarked on a war without justification, without legal authorization, and that is militarily unattainable. All the ammunition in the world won’t win this for us, bc you can’t bomb a country four times bigger than Iraq into submission solely by air power, and even if u could muster a field army of half a million men - which we can’t - that *still* wouldn’t achieve a victory. Trying would only increase the cost of our loss.
The best thing President Trump could do, now that he started a war of choice he shouldn’t have chosen, is to end it quickly. At this point i would cheer on a “Taco” outcome, bc as bad as it would genuinely be, that is less bad than foolishly ignoring reality and still trying to double down and send in more combat power.
That will only increase the cost of our eventual defeat (which is now baked in).
@afneil Trump: "do as I say, or I will bomb you back to the stone ages"
Iran: "best we can do is this 10-point plan where you give us everything we want ".
Trump: "deal!"
MSM: "Trump is a master negotiator"
After failing on a covert regime change operation, US started a conventional war intended to be short, got its head handed to it at great financial expense and tremendous damage to relationships with allies around the world. The result is to significantly increase the status of China, Iran and Russia in superpower geopolitics. This is one of the most spectacular failures of US leadership in the history of the country. DOD, after decades of disappearing $21 trillion +, was busy during Trump I poisoning the American people and its soldiers and during Biden in integrating DEI while its enemies were focused on building the electronic tech and weaponry to defeat the US. The fallout of this failure has just begun.
Exactly. That he has publicly accepted the 10 pts as the point of departure is a massive victory for Iran, and the reason why they have agreed to a temporary ceasefire that they have otherwise rejected outright from the moment when he started suing for peace weeks ago.
