@TomBussePDX @mnolangray Pre zoning, that's basically how cities developed though. Streetcar suburbs, and then heavy rail suburbs. Westchester county is very high density around transit stops, and none of that was planned.

@EdforBoston Removal of Parking minimums means that developers can build the parking that makes sense. I promise you if Burlington, VT(A city of 45k) can do it. Then Boston can do it.
