.@DavidNebinski recently hosted me for an OKR workshop, and did something subtle that had a profound effect on the conversation.
During our setup, he noticed a book on my bookshelf and asked about it. We began discussing books we'd been reading...

Do platforms like Etsy, Shopify, or Airbnb primarily serve buyers or sellers?
For businesses that facilitate transactions or connect multiple parties, deciding on a primary customer presents a critical challenge...

One Covoy member has this goal: 350+ days of philosophical study and reflection in 2024.

Heading out for a run with the exercise lover at the helm (rather than the reluctant runner) feels way more exhilarating.

@ndwignall Thank you!! A lot of procrastination articles focus on behavioral tactics rather than dealing with the emotional causes. Really appreciated your analysis and advice.
As someone with a tendency to procrastinate, I loved @ndwignall's "4 Simple Steps to Stop Procrastinating".
"Behind every struggle with procrastination is a difficult emotion handled poorly."

Most people f*ck up New Yearโs resolutions.
And itโs because they donโt understand how goals work.
Goals are a combo of direction & discipline and few people know how to get both right.
Direction without discipline = running in place
Discipline without direction = running aimlessly
Discipline + direction = running to a destination
To make sure I actually hit my 2024 goals, Iโm doing this awesome program called Covoy that a buddy (@evanhammer) started.
It combines goal-setting with group accountability to make sure I actually have a chance of crushing my crazy goals.
