@Matalan it’s now 7 days since my order got dispatched but still no delivery, I’ve tracked it via Hermes and it’s still saying we are waiting your parcel ! I’ve rung customer services and apparently I’ve just got to keep waiting !!

@TravelRepublic why do you keep contacting me asking me to cancel my non refundable hotel only booking for the 26th May ? The hotel is closed until at least the 1st June therefore you are breaking the contract so shouldn’t it be you cancelling on my behalf?

@TravelRepublic I’ve received one of these request forms asking me to cancel my hotel only booking which if I do surely because my booking was on a non refundable basis I would lose my money or is this the case due to the circumstances and you cancelling up to May 31st ??

@SJ1706 @stvallen @TravelRepublic Mine worded very similar but ours was a non refundable deal so they are saying they need to negotiate with the hotelier

@Danny_Chung84 Unfortunately mine was a non refundable booking but that only comes into play if I wish to cancel the booking which I’m not going to do. But they will be breaking the contract because the hotel is closed and the government advice is no to non essential travel

Received message today asking if I want to cancel my hotel booking but no mention of refund or whether I will lose my money if I choose to cancel !!
