#taking responsibility #hostmanship #klm KLM Flight to Montpelier - multiple issues with push back truck/timeslot/used up too much fuel on a/c so need to wait for fuelling/found earlier timeslot. Captain came out regularly and informed us from her 'spot of shame' - very impressed
