@pupperstate You can be bad at some things. You can’t be bad at everything. The Xs & Os are don’t line up, players are soft and don’t know where to go and aren’t as good as their paychecks suggest.
@skipfoster It was a no brainer decision to me. I don’t think you have a good handle on game theory here. One of the reasons you go for it is that if you don’t make it your defense is in a high-leverage situation with a good chance of putting your offense in a scoring position.
FSU fans, this is going to be rough one tonight but keep in mind this is one game closer to Mike Norvell rolling out Bryce Underwood to start the 2027 season.
@IraSchoffel any word on that AD search? I know that these things usually happen after the season but we’ve got carts that need horses in front of them, not behind them.
@cblunt58 I would be fine with somebody that’s shown an ability to win at multiple stops. My concern about a big boy program is that FSU has good resources but not that good. Jake Dickert is intriguing to me for those reasons.
A proposal for FSU football: fire most of the football staff. Pay me $1M/year to build an AI staff for player attraction, team development and game planning. Will this work? No. Is it a fun experiment that will save money? Yes. Will it be better than this crap? I can’t be worse.
