Anyone else feeling scammed by @jetblue Blue Basic fares? For the same price or higher you get to board as “F,” the cheapo walk of shame. When #coronavirus means travel changes, you’re supposed to eat the cost of a ticket over the $30 discount you got on the Basic. #basicfeels

@JetBlue The Just Ask desk at JFK could be equipped to support customers but instead the staff are the disgruntled. Hoping for #help when #flights don’t go as planned. 😭
