BIG NEWS! A supermajority of Evergreen Workers just voted to ratify our first contract as a union. Our bargaining process took just over two years since voluntary recognition in August 2021.

It’s been a while since we’ve shared an update! Partly because we’re busy bargaining our first contract – and we’re making progress. But it’s also due to 95% turnover in our union and 100% turnover on our bargaining team TWICE since we were voluntarily recognized August 2021.
