@ianhanomansing It’s interesting. I can’t help but think if we tip 20% it will chew into our “dining out” budget therefore we will dine out less… which actually hurts the restaurants. By increasing the recommended tip they are their own worse enemy.

@MsJachymiak I think if you keep it fresh by changing assignments regularly and being self conscious of your groove turning into a rut, you’re on the right track. While I agree we become more jaded with the road blocks we see, we need to rise above it and look at the good we’re doing.
