@EurostarUK thanks for your excellent customer service and for looking after my family today after my aunt fell at the Eurostar terminal. She’s now in hospital being well looked after. In particular, the taxi to our local hospital was very much appreciated. 🙏

@c2c_Rail 45 mins stationary, at the end of a long day. Not ideal. But worse is the lack of comms. Even if it’s just a bit more detail about what’s gone wrong so that your passengers can make a judgement call about whether to stay sitting on the train.

The data largely speaks for itself but I'll make a few brief observations. 🧵

Just to run the maths on this…

If, as has been suggested, the first pensioner is wearing a @ROLEX that would sell second hand for £5,000, he could bank that and receive around £250 a year in interest. That’s about the same as the winter fuel payment.

Sunday early morning starts hit “oh it’s actually still dark when we leave the house, yay!” as of today. A bit depressing, but the stars and sky were really rather lovely this morning ✨
