@TUIUK you seriously need to get your stories straight. One agent telling me DDs are submitted 8 days in advance, another 14 days.
One telling my refund has been processed, another telling me I need to wait for finance to issue it to make sure you actually have my money.

Payment still taken despite cancellation, told will have to wait 14 days for this additional payment to be refunded
