Over the past 30 years, EVİN Art Gallery has become one of the defining spaces in Istanbul’s contemporary art scene. What makes the gallery particularly interesting today is its ability to hold multiple generations and perspectives in conversation at once.

From figurative painting to photography, performance, AI, and digital art, the programme reflects a broader question facing many institutions today: how do you embrace new forms of artistic practice without losing sight of what made you matter in the first place?

Day 3: From [ephemeral] tech to the fascinating possibilities of AI and (post) photography, this day was packed with a whole world of new ideas, and a traditional Indonesian Gamelan performance. The inspiring speakers were @niceaunties, @bagdelete, @dedecim (@evinart), @samanthacavet, and @sheldrick_ai.

Afterwards, participants received a special digital artwork taken by photographer @dedecim (represented by @evinart) during his time in Bali – a fragment of this shared experience.

The artist also gave a beautiful talk on the wide range of photography projects he has done for many years, and featured in the photography panel together with @samanthacavet – moderated by Osman Nuri Iyem (gallerist of EVIN)
