@steipete Can you guys fix the bug where if your computer goes to sleep for 8 hours, Codex desktop runs 8 instances of your hourly scheduled task when it wakes up?
@mitchellh do you have plans to support naming tabs via AppleScript too? using ghostty as a frontend for my worktree orchestration is already great, this would make it perfect
@thorstenball have you guys thought of having amp emit telemetry or stats via a socket/port so we can get better info when orchestrating multiple amps at once?
@VictorTaelin@apanasenko have you put any thought into how you'd allow people to use external libraries?
eg 90% of js code is just glueing together libs someone else wrote - will there be some kind of proxy for this in Bend2?
@AnjanKatta@androsoa3@karpathy@daylightco Will you guys have some open way to manage access & ownership of that data? Like how Obsidian is just .md files that you own
@yacineMTB I’ve built this for myself, it’s pretty simple. It just wraps the actual LSP and stuffs everything into a sqlite db. I get millisecond global symbol search on >14m symbols with no indexing.
@tombielecki@AmandaAskell I figured as much - I can understand the mechanics behind it, was more curious why they deviated from the norm/if they’re seeing better performance in some way
@bernhardsson Nice. How do you offset against potential issues? Lots of automation & testing? Do you still do reviews for new features/big changes?
@amanrsanger How integral is VSCode to your core features? Would it ever be possible to build some subset of Cursor into a language server so it could be used in other editors?
