@LeftieStats Can you stick this clarification on Bluesky as well? Here's the full ranking table for England, and the original source.

@SamCoatesSky It's not just going to stick. The fact the Greens have overtaken Labour, should mean they are now the progressive tactical vote, so all Green and Lib Dem supporters who have been expressing a tactical voting intention for Labour should go Green, followed by many Labour supporters
@meganekenyon Just listened to the NS podcast on this and I think you've got it a bit muddled. My understanding was that he really wants PR, but if supporting Farage into government was the necessary step to getting PR, that was a firm "No". There's no form of PR that would help Farage anyway.
@NewLeftReview@schneiderhome I'd appreciate an opportunity to discuss electoral strategy and how promising the right approach early allows voters to support the new party with much greater confidence. https://t.co/KfLMlcy7wc
@BrynHGriffiths The new left party doesn't have to be a help to Reform UK.
If it doesn't stand in around 150 seats where Reform and the Tories would have to win to form a government, then it could send a clear message to the public on tactical voting and where to do it.

@tranarchist1312@_we_deserve_@owenjonesjourno@GreensOrganise@GNDRising The Greens could stand aside hundreds of candidates and make up the short money shortfall by winning just 10 more seats. If standing aside candidates makes those wins more likely, then that is what they should do.

BREAKING: Rachael Maskell has become the fourth Labour MP to be suspended from Keir Starmer's party today. Just listen to her impassioned speech and tell me she deserved this. What on earth is the PM thinking?
@meadwaj It's possible to bring control to the chaos:
Starmer has to legislate for electoral reform if the left pull the right levers.

@FairElectionsUK Better still, make a progressive case for preferential proportional representation so we can all rank the fascists last. https://t.co/Y7sSMHUJBP
@ZoeJardiniere I've laid out the path to ranked preference voting here: https://t.co/2uqS1Wjtsd
Labour needs a threat from the left, and we all need to be able to rank fascists last.
@novaramedia What should British politicians learn from the French election last year?

If you want to defeat the far-right (and the centre) stop standing everywhere and stand-aside for allies.
@Scarlett__Mag If the Green Party can commit to splitting the Labour vote only in places where it helps the Green Party... then a great many positive outcomes become possible:
