Respected Sir, For Station Controller post some of candidates are declined the offer letter & some candidates are found unfit in medical test but those names are still present in revised list.

The paragraph below the table of The Government Resolution dated on 28th Dec, 2018 mention in revised list for Ex-Servicemen seat is cancelled by Maharashtra Government as mentioned in Government Resolution dated on 29 may, 2019 and 1/5)

The Government Resolution for selection of Ex-Servicemen seats date on 16th April, 1891 state that,
The vacancies reserved for ex servicemen in respect of class 3 posts and class 4 posts should not be released to any general candidates until and unless the appointing (2/5)

authority has (a) obtained a certificate regarding "Non availability of ex servicemen" from the Regional Selection Board or The Maharashtra Public Service Commission, depending upon the nature of job and, (3/5)

(b) recorded a certificate that such a " Non availability " Certificate has been obtained.(4/5)

On behalf of above three GR, on non availability of Ex-Servicemen these seat should be release to general candidate of repective category.
