It's been over a month of chasing Wonderchef for a resolution on their faulty Roti Magic machine — a product that does not do what it claims. Thin, papad-like rotis, and now the machine is totally dead.

This is not just poor service — it's blatant ignorance of customer rights. Either fix the issue, replace the unit, or issue a refund. Ignoring customers post-sale won’t be tolerated.
