Syrian authorities announced that the archives of Assad regime security agencies and military units remain largely intact and accessible for use. Officials said a list of 1,000 wanted individuals, including former regime officers, will soon be released.

Syria also expressed readiness to grant Sweden and other European countries access to documents, witnesses, crime scenes, and other evidence needed to prosecute individuals accused of committing crimes in Syria.

The statements were made by Interior Ministry spokesperson Noureddine Al-Baba in an interview with Swedish Radio.
