Apologies for the friction there! Superhuman for Outlook doesn't have a block feature yet, but we're definitely planning on building that in the future.

Superhuman currently uses the same spam filter as Outlook.

You can tell Outlook that a message is spam in Superhuman by hitting the ! shortcut, or by swiping down from the top on mobile and selecting Mark as Junk.

For now, you can hit Shift+O, then Cmd+F to use built-in search and highlight the keyword in the thread 🔍

We currently use Gmail's spam filter, and hitting Cmd+K → Mark as Spam should train it to mark similar emails as spam.

That said, I made a note of your feedback and will circle back if we build an improved spam filter in Superhuman 🙏

In case it helps, you can visit Gmail and hit the "Empty Trash now" button there. Emails are also automatically deleted after 30 days! 🗑️✨
