@RizXRP Or rather insufficient when semi applied to a international/decentralized financial tool such as the crypto market. The US laws to crypto markets are “crippling” innovation, is another argument you’ll hear, and could not be more true in my opinion.
@RizXRP Financial businesses for remittances, interest bearing savings accounts, money market accounts, etc. that have all been regulated with stringent rules and schemes to protect investors from fraud. However, these old ways of protecting/regulating a market are flawed….
@coinbureau So this actually make sense….kind of…accredited investors are treated differently under currently security laws. Ie making 200k with a continued expectation of the same. They are assumed to already know the risk whereas retail is not.
@estarneso_p@thedarkscorpio_ The delay, delay, delay strategy though has been a continued effort. Just saying finding anything to increase the expenses of this case is their tactic and the sec has the upper hand. It’s all game theory at this point it seems, not about the correct side of the law. Just my opn.
As much as the #xrp community loves Brad G, let’s keep in mind how much money he has personally made off selling xrp. If xrp has a use case and it is being sold for personal gain, company gain/use, taco stand profit, the grey area is where xrp lives, not thrives.

@federalreserve Personal opinion or market guidance? Lol. Some have zero doubt with crypto. Others have zero faith in government. Government has zero clarity for crypto…..
