Update, @FedEx @FedExHelp responded to my post and had the local hub call me, we discussed my concerns, hopefully the issue will should be resolved. The local rep also gave me the phone # to the local hub, I feel like I struck gold!

I am tired of FedEx not delivering my entire order, FedEx keeps leaving multiple packages at there facilities because there is no room on the truck, then in the most scammy fashion they say it needs a relabel. there is nothing wrong with the original label, I used my scanner and it scans fine. I have had drivers tell me this tactic is used as an excuse so as not to reveal that FedEx just didn't have the resources to fulfill their obligations I have pictures and screen shots of the tracking progress, you can clearly see this an attempt to coverup the fact that FedEx was unable to deliver the packages in a timely manner@FedEx@FedExHelp@fedex

And I'm on another note, I can't get FedEx to deliver my package when we're actually open, they will show up between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. when we don't open till 11:00. So no matter what I'm doing I have to be here to receive the shipments, my employees don't want to come in early and I don't want to pay time and a half for them to sit here and wait for the FedEx truck.

@winger58 Also this cost me money, aside from Lost sales, I schedule employees to come in and unpack and put out these large shipments. I follow the tracking #'s to know the schedule, and when they don't show up I still have to pay an employee for the full day.
