Vampire Surf Cult is seeking an experienced storyboard artist with the range to tackle comedic, dramatic, and action scenes. Prior storyboard experience preferred (does not need to be industry level experience). Paid position.

Qualifications:
Strong draftsmanship with a sense of design, appeal, and composition
Ability to work on a range of sequences (comedy, drama, action)
Strong staging, composition, and cinematography skills
Capable of drawing characters and environments on model of the production
Work creatively in a fast-paced environment
Must be open to direction and able to embrace change

Tone similar to: Gravity Falls, Final Space, Rick and Morty

We are launching tomorrow morning 9AM EST.
It feels wild that all this work for the kickstarter is coming to life tomorrow.

We are so insanely excited to get this indie project some funding to speed things up! We have spent around $50,000 of our own money, and funds from merch sales to get this far, and now we are hoping our community can help push us to the next level.

Over the past few months we have locked a few incredible partnerships with:
-Group of Ferrets, our indie producers
-Awefully Nice Studios, to help build a VSC mobile game.
-Author @RyanWBenson and Comic Artist @sebaguidobono , for the Eclipsed Comic Book

Things are looking great for VSC and all the locals of Blood Island. We are SoOO excited to bring in our community on the ground floor to take on this adventure with us. If you’ve ever wanted a front row seat to growing an Indie Animated Series, here is your chance.

We will be spending every dollar of funding on building this world and hiring a ton of the creatives that have reached out to us over the last few months!
