My 2 Cents…
#Division2 has signature weapons, but Division 1 had signature abilities.
Division 2 is missing that same sense of power fantasy. Some signature weapons just aren’t impactful enough to justify using, and in an RPG looter shooter, power fantasy is a huge part of what keeps the gameplay exciting.
I think the future of the series should have both: signature weapons and signature abilities.
What really made me think about this was Destiny 2. It’s a space fantasy game, so it naturally leans into making players feel incredibly powerful. The Division doesn’t need to become that, but it can still deliver those moments while staying grounded in its military identity.
Right now, especially in endgame activities like Escalation, the experience can feel a little underwhelming. Bringing back signature abilities alongside signature weapons would go a long way toward restoring that feeling of becoming an elite SHD agent without sacrificing what makes The Division unique.
@iDentity_US@TheDivisionGame He is not wrong. I have played this game since beta " on and off" Xbox then PC combined hours 1-2k still grinding expertise. Getting close at level 25. But seriously...
@TheDivisionGame Is there problems with crashes happening right now? It is happening hourly with me. I am token poor because of it. Some protectionwould be nice.
