Fair point, Drew, and I won't argue it. Control is the line. If I set a sub's hours, routes, and uniform, he's my employee no matter what the paperwork says. That's what the IRS and DOL tests look at too. I'd just hate to see the rule written so tight it catches the honest independent guy.

@allytriolo @NewsNation @Republicans You need an ID to buy Sudafed or rent a trailer. Alabama's had photo voter ID since 2014 and folks still vote just fine. Asking for one to pick who runs the country is plain common sense. Honest question to the other side: what's the real objection?
