@LongFormMath I am currently. I'm probably going to do a physics phd after i save a bit. I may start doing research while I'm not in academia with a professor. I will say no greater joy than studying math and physics!
@BeingJonG I'd recommend Hartle's for an undergraduate level book. Sean Carolls book is my favorite textbook of all time, and it is aimed at early graduate level. I've read only little of Wald's book, but that is advanced grad level. There is also hawking and ellis but that is difficult
@mathelirium Killing vector fields. It's crazy how symmetries in General Relativity take the form of vector fields, and you can do cool Lie Algebra stuff with it
