I took a 25-minute ride from my hotel to Miami International Airport. The fare was $34.39. Shortly after, the driver falsely claimed I made a mess in her car which never happened, and Uber immediately charged me a $175 “cleaning fee” with no proof.

I’ve been a loyal Uber customer since the early days, and allowing drivers to submit false claims and auto-charge customers is wrong and damaging to trust.

This needs to be reviewed and reversed immediately.
