@DFCapodanno IMHO, FAME3 was negative because CABG had the lowest MACCE ever seen in a trial (6.9%). Historically CABG used to have 10-12%. PCI arm had 10.6%, similar to SYNTAX II trial.

Any signs of unstable plaque in IVUS? If chronic coronary syndrome, you can compare LAD lesion with LAD in previous CAG
